Happy Tuesday !!

Good morning everyone....

I am in a bit of a hurry today. I have to go out to my old storage and see if my luggage was left in there. Some things I am donating were left in there along with my Christmas totes. I leave for Carrie's in the morning. I will be meeting up with Nic. I am still a bit nervous as always over his testing. I spoke with Nic last night. He had me laughing my butt off!! I love that boy!! Guess at 20 I shouldn't call him boy!! I always tell him he will always be my "precious boy"!!

I will check back in later. Need to get out the door and get things done!!

My birthday is Friday , Then ill leave! Im going to miss Vinnie! I wont see her till March when we cime thru again frim Denver.

Hello Carla...looks like the third time was a charm!!  I will be wishing you the very best for safe travels on Saturday. I am not sure I will be contacting you before then. I will be kept busy I am sure.

Hope your back feels better before you have to travel. Does you car have a lumbar setting for your back?? Heated seats will help too!

Good Afternoon Connie, Carla and OFF Family,

I just got home from volunteering at the food bank in town.  We put together a large number of food boxes going to needy families.  It's a well stocked room, with a variety of foods.  My feet are killing me, but I won't rest for long.  Need to go to the post office to mail a bill, and then to Rite Aid to get a gift for my Secret Sister at church.  Then, I'll spend the afternoon cleaning and baking cookies.

Please continue to pray for my Mom's boyfriend, Sam, his son, Jackie, and my Mom.

Hello Trish...I continue to pray for Sam, Jackie and your mom....you as well. I did reply on your post last night. I felt so bad for all of you!!

That is such a blessing for so many by filling up boxes of food and things. What a great thing you are doing for those that need so much.

I hope you got your feet up for a bit before you had errands to run. I miss baking for the holidays. I will be unpacking that day. I don't want to drive anywhere. Driving to my daughter's tomorrow will be enough!!

Hi Connie, Carla, Trish and my OFF family:

It's my weekend and I'm not doing a whole lot. Just put a load of clothes in the washer. It was dreary to start the day but now it's sunny. I'm tired and just dragging. The past couple of weeks have been hell. I don't think they'll get better, either. I don't like the stress level on my body.

Trish, hope things will be OK with your family. Carla, rest your back for the drive home. Connie, hope all goes well with Nic's checkup.

Hi Eileen.....it is finally sunny here now too. That wind is nasty though....Brrrrrr!! The temps are warmer but that cold damp wind makes it feel worse.

So happy you finally have a couple days off. I know things have been awful for you at work lately. Rest as you can!! We both know what added stress does to our bodies. Especially our Fibromyalgis...OUCH!! Mine is so painful now from the moving stress and now Nic. Hope the flare settles down after the crazy weekend.

Afternoon OFF family...well as of last night I can hardly move!!! I am SORE especially in my left shoulder blade area and my left knee....hope the chiro can help it tomorrow!!!!!

Christmas party was great!!! Even WITH the "snobs" attending!!! They were actually VERY nice today!!! Fall over!!!!! LOL No I already did that yesterday!!! Sighs....All had a good time gave the gifts out and played card bingo and had drawings for the Norfolk pines...had LOTS of help cleaning up today also!!! Again Fall Over!!!! LOL Lots of hugs and well wishes...and thankyous for all we do!!! Falling over again....ROFL...my cheesy potatoes ran out just as I got t them...I had to scrape the pan to get any!!!! LOL I was also the last one through the line...I wanted it that way...I can't eat a lot at these parties anyhow. Have enough ham left over for bean soup Friday at bingo. :-)

Got several cards form tenants...collection made was $35...also got $15 combined from 2 other tenants.

We got our Christmas bonus and raises today also. NICE!!!!!!!!

So starting to hurt again so going to get off here...OH...made our RSVP last night...leaving Saturday and back Thursday...MAYBE....LOL

Lost power last night for 2 hours...was weird how it happened...Bandit was barking a lot and the birds were making a fuss...got up to see what was going on...some lights worked but in a very dim light...then all went out...strange!! Whole area plus uptown went out.
